This Tomlinson Road apartment strikes a refined balance between sophistication and relaxed family living. The living and dining areas exude a grown-up aesthetic, grounded by an earthy-toned palette, beautiful mid-century furniture, and textured grasscloth walls — the perfect setting for entertaining and soaking in the spectacular view. In contrast, the family room and bedrooms take on a more playful tone, with soft, muted colours chosen by the couple’s three children, each space reflecting their individual personalities. A cosy TV area and breakfast bar offer relaxed, everyday living, while the adjacent terrace and plunge pool bring a sense of indoor-outdoor ease to this stylish yet inviting home.  Every detail was chosen to reflect the client’s desire for a home with depth and character — a space that feels timeless, textured, and intimately connected to its surroundings.
